    • Hi, we will go to LTO next week
      This post is very helpful.

what purpose did you put on the form for license certification??
Since you did not have it authenticated in dfa.

      • Hi Choy!

The purpose we put is “authentication”

Also, please note that we did this for the purpose of decreasing our insurance premiums.

Hopefully, the issue of not having it authenticated in DFA won’t be an issue when I apply for the actual driver’s license.

Will update the blog as we get more details.

        Thanks

  1. Great, thanks.
I think this certificate will be useful for the Car insurance policy and not when we apply for a Canadian driver’s license.

  2. We came to LTO around 9am last Wednesday, but we also got the same stub and asked to return after 2 days same time.
So I think its part of their system.

We will return today for the license certification and apply for the certificate of no apprehension, hoping waiting time will be short.
    Thanks.
